The KLHomes Process begins with listening + learning about YOU, your needs and desires for a space. The vision is verbally communicated as early as our first 1 hour consultation. Meetings can be held at our office, on-site, or remotely.

A proposal, or estimate will be put together offering Design Services broken into 3 designated packages with specified deliverables.

PHASE 1 | VISION + DESIGN

Visual Communications of the Design Proposal depend on project scope but usually include Concept Board, and Renderings with live material schedules shared to your personal project dashboard. 

PHASE 2 | PLANNING + PROJECT COORDINATION

In Phase 2, KLHomes develops realistic project timelines and construction details. Ultimately setting you up with a team of professionals ready to take on, and understand your project. 

PHASE 3 | PROJECT MANAGEMENT + IMPLEMENTATION

Phase 3 ensures you get what we planned on from the first initial meeting. This includes, but is not limited to hours of on site project coordination and creativity until the job is complete with the selected materials installed and ready for use.
